Pork loin with garlic and pepper in Vietnam

Serves 4

INGÉDIENTS

- 4 pork chops in the spine
- 2 tablespoons oil

MARINADE

Mix all the ingredients in a baking pan

- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped to the mill
