Chicken with oyster sauce
(Recipe Chinese, Chinese)
4 PERSONS
INGREDIENTS
250g chicken breast finely chopped
1 tablespoon finely minced garlic, 1 tablespoon finely minced onion, 1 tablespoon finely minced ginger
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce (nuoc tung)
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons oil
PREPARATION
Mix the garlic, onion, ginger, oyster sauce, oil, soy sauce, cornstarch and chicken and stir 24 hours.
Separate the chicken, cook over high heat in oil and when it is almost cooked add the marinade and cook over low heat, stirring.
Before serving with a good fragrant rice, pepper
