INGREDIENTS

- 1 large duck

- 4 tablespoons soy sauce

- 1 pinch of carmine

MARINADE

- Crush garlic and onion and mix together
- Add soy sauce (nuoc tung) cornflour salt honey vinegar carmine Five fragrances a drop of oil

PREPARATION

- Make holes in the duck with a fork so the marinade can penetrate
- Brush the duck with the marinade on the outside and inside and marinate in refrigerator 24 hours
